What counts as a bag?
A standard household laundry bag or trash bag — roughly 25-30lbs. If you can carry it, it's one bag. If you need two hands, it's probably two.
Where do you operate?
Manhattan below 96th Street. If you can see the Empire State Building from your office, we’ve got you covered.
What's the cutoff for same-day?
Email by 10am for same-day pickup and delivery. After 10am, we’ll pick up same day and deliver next morning.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just tell us where to find the bag (doorman, lobby, front door) and where to leave the clean laundry.
How do I pay?
We’ll send a payment link after delivery. No need to pay upfront or hand over a credit card before you see the work.
